Ernesto Galarza Elementary School - Library Refurbishment

Galarza is a school in the San José Unified School District where the majority of the students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. Like many in the district, this library hasn’t had funds for new books in years and needs more current titles to serve their diverse students. The Galarza team is excited to partner with Access Books Bay Area to restock their shelves with exciting new books that will inspire their budding readers. Volunteer signups will open in March 2026.
